Multiple tests were unavailable at the time of testing and I was not previously notified, creating a need for me to reschedule. I'm not sure if it was really worth the cost, given the test available at my healthcare provider. There should be an option to load your current results and the test offered, customized.

I loved the whole concept of being able to do independent testing, and I was able to work with my doctor using the expanded tests beyond my insurance. While they did seem impersonal, some of the suggestions for lifestyle changes were meaningful. I was able to get my lipid panel improved significantly without medications using the suggestions. The deduct of 2 stars was due to the process of adding tests. At my mid-year testing I was offered additional tests specifically advertised as add-on. "Add on" to me means not included, so I ordered several additional tests I felt were important to check mid year. After I submitted my order, I was unable to schedule the add-on lab visit at the same time as my Mid-Year, while I was able to do this at my initial labs. This is how I found out there were duplicates of what I was already getting in my mid-year test. There is no way to cancel an order once you've submitted, and no refunds. So I paid an extra $80 and was required to schedule two lab visits to get the labs I needed for a doctor's visit. Add-ons offered when scheduling a test should in fact be tests not already included in what you paid for, it's like being offered an oil change when the oil change is included in your service package. This did sour the experience for me. Update: Function contacted me and offered to refund the duplicate tests which I appreciated. I would upgrade to 4 stars if this issue is fixed. The website should be able to distinguish duplicate test requests in one order at the mid-year point, this doesn't happen at the first testing ordered.

It's a great deal to have all these tests run but it doesn't help if you don't really have the full support behind it. I have insurance so all of these things would have been covered but instead I paid $365 to have tests done and take them back to all my doctors to tell me how to fix the things that were not normal. Plus- I had to go back 3x to finally get two of the test processed so it took me two months to get all my blood work completed. I won't continue this a second year.

The app and website make it very difficult to schedule and add on tests. I wanted to add on more but it kept glitching so I just submitted.

I like the ability to get a lot of info via the blood testing, as well as getting recipes for all meals for a week and other perks, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human. I guess not 100% impossible, but pretty close to 100% impossible. I tried to contact an actual person because I couldn’t get anywhere with the AI bot, and I was ‘told’ that an actual person would call me back. Nope, never happened, nor did the bot give me a time that the actual person would call me back. If you hate dealing with bots, you will probably be happier working with a company that employs actual humans. If I knew that they were using a bot to answer questions I never would have signed up. I prefer to work with companies that actually care about the future of our country and employ actual humans within our country.

My Midyear test didn't include all previous out of range tests and they wanted to charge extra for retesting all out of range markers. I think they all should be automatically included in every follow up testing for free.

It's great having all the lab results but the follow through on reports is poor. They say your clinician's report will be there in one week and four weeks later, youre still waiting. Use it to get results and do your own research for your own actions.

Very comprehensive tests, too much complicated verbiage and scientific names without corresponding “ plain layman’s terms “ alongside…..
