I have been using Function for four years now and line to monitor my results. Having a more detailed look at how my body is functioning is helpful so that I can see if changes I make in my habits have a beneficial impact on me. This is in addition to how I feel. When I see improvements in gives me a boost to continue on my journey to a longer health span. Also, the recent introduction of the interactive IA is really nice so I can ask questions. This gives me a better feel for how I am doing and the interactions of various supplements or nutrition on my overall health.
