It is easy to request labs
It is easy to request labs, add on labs, etc. Miss not being able to talk with a live person regarding results.

Great option to control your health
Good value for information you get. Great option to take more control of your health. I think more direction on recommendations in terms of supplements would be even better.

My only suggestion is that Quest…
My only suggestion is that Quest Diagnostics is made very clear on collection instructions. I asked specifically if the urine sample was to be clean catch. They said no. The results showed high bacteria which then begs the question is that a result of concern or simply a result of not being a clean catch sample. It would seem sensible that ALL urine samples would be clean catch. It was nice to have all tests done in one visit instead of two.

Still awaiting results of added nutrients test ($299 w/discount)
( Update: I am bumping up my rating from 3 to 4 stars because after this post, they reached out to me with a clarification and an apology. ) Not all the test results are in, and yet Function is behaving as if everything is done and completed by issuing the doctor’s summary and asking for a feedback on my experience. Without the clarification that they are still waiting for more data to come in, I am confused as to why they are rushing for the closure. Where are my added nutrients test results which I paid $299 for? I am still waiting since the blood was drawn only 10 days ago.if there is a mistake at the lab and my blood was not sent to the proper place for the added test for nutrients, please reissue the test so I can get the result, or refund!

It’s great to be able to hold your…
It’s great to be able to hold your health in your own hands. The provider overviews don’t always provide great next steps but if you take it all and put it into AI, you can get some clarity.

It's a good idea!
It's a good idea. Lots of information--it will be a little overwhelming--and most of the data will mean nothing to the person reading it. I found the doctor's notes and summary excellent! That's what makes giving 12 vials of blood worth it. The notes are really worthwhile!

Interesting information but could be better
The app is really nice and its easy to navigate. My blood draw experience was seamless, I chose the option where you do the blood draw at home. I got my results back pretty quickly, I think I had them all within a week after my second blood draw. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel the recommendations given for how to improve certain lab results could be a lot better and more personalized. Mine listed top 5 foods to eat and a list of foods to avoid (which was very generic and would be foods you know to avoid, ie white sugar, seed oils). They also have a list of supplements that would be beneficial to take, but they don't list dosages or anything. There is also no recommendation for lifestyle modifications which surprised me. Overall, it gave me some interesting information but I wouldn't renew it after my subscription is up.
