Took forever to get results and once I did receive them. Got tested in January and received final result in March and only because I emailed customer service. I was under the impression that I would be reviewing my results with a medial provider. I was really looking forward to being a member year after year and subscribing my entire family but so far ititss not worth it.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. There’s no way to talk to a live person, and the chat support doesn’t work. I’ve been asked multiple times to complete my health history even though I’ve already done it several times. Now I’m receiving texts saying I still have outstanding testing to complete, despite already going in. It’s been 20 days, and I’m still waiting on results. Very disappointing. At this point, I just want my money back.

The facility was filthy. The phlebotomist were incompetent and attempted multiple times to draw my blood.I paid for add-ons that were not performed. When I inquired about where the rest of my results were, I was told I needed to go back for another draw. I am awaiting my refund.

Was really disappointed with the report I got back, there were glaring inaccuracies that made me think it was AI generated and not carefully reviewed by a human. I can use Ulta labs and get my own AI results. Not sure what the value prop is here.
