Improved overall health picture
Function Health is the single most empowering decision I’ve made to better understand my total health picture. The ability to access in depth results over an extended time period allows me to take smalls steps to improve my outcomes, especially with food and nutrition choices. Highly recommend.

Great insights about your health!
I am so glad to have had the Function Health testing! New insights into my health helped me tailer my approach to the appropriate good nutrition I’ve been seeking. I was extremely happy to be biologically 53 when I am 69. Made me thrilled that my healthy keto diet I’ve been doing for 6 months has had me headed in the right direction. Now that I know Apob is in play I am moving closer to a low fat Mediterranean diet that was recommended. Not all news is always good, but as my cousin said to me , “Knowledge is power”! One last thought, rebounding is my daily exercise routine and I recommend everyone who is older look at this option for exercise. You can read a lot on NASA’s research about the benefits of rebounding.

Highly recommend Function!
By using Function I was able to correct some issues I wasn’t even aware that I had!! Now I am able to track those issues and use healthy food, exercise and supplements to make real improvements in my health and see the change in my results! I highly recommend it!!

I like the knowledge of a wide array of…
I like the knowledge of a wide array of biomarkers for an affordable price. If memory serves me right, I subscribed to Function Health when you were fairly new, and you have definitely improved since then with an increased array of offerings like the Heart and Lung CT Scan. Hopefully you will add the gut microbiome test in the near future. Keep up the good work.

My function experience was great
My function experience was great. Everything was easy. I really think the value is there. Tons of bio markers. I took my results to my primary care to discuss. Made significant changes in lifestyle, healthier eating, more activity, less stress. I was a little nervous about my follow up as I really wanted positive changes. Sure enough I made some great progress. Almost every marker that was re tested got better. I will definitely continue using them
