My husband and I chose to purchase two…
My husband and I chose to purchase two add-on tests but it wasn't clear that those tests would require two blood draws in addition to the basic draws. We live an hour away from a Quest lab, so this was an inconvenient surprise. The add-on tests are scheduled separately from the standard test but this feature wasn't visible on the website, kind of tricky. Had to involve support

i LOVE that you diagnosed my MTHFR
i LOVE that you diagnosed my MTHFR. i dont love that you tke so much blood - as an ameic - thats had! i dont love that my orthopedist told me your full body MRI was worthless and a weaste of money - which I agree because you diagnosed a torn labrum on my right which is actually on my left - an you didnt put right ot left for anything else for my hips or knees. i also dont likje that in allllll the prep emails and warnings before you pay AND in the actual MRI, NO ONE told me to hold my breath so I wasnt tested properly. Not once was that mentionerd. I mean you gave me a refund which I appreciate but I wanted the test. Also Manhattan is very far - why cant you do the full body on Long Island?

Maybe too much AI and pricey
Maybe too much AI? I also think that the food sensitivity test was misleading. The fact that it shows foods that are in my diet frequently. I felt like I threw $150 in the trashcan.

No follow up like ways2well
No follow up like ways2well. What do I do with the information? What supplements should I stop or start? Where is the functional health professional to guide me? Ways2well has that. I thought you were better.

I was epecting the second lab round to…
I was epecting the second lab round to be the same as the first. I wanted to see my vit D level, hormones, etc. which was not the case. So, when you say the membership includes another lab draw 6 months later I wanted to see a comparison of all that was tested the first time. As a result, I have cancelled my mbrship.

Disappointed
My first experience (last year) was excellent. This year you failed to update your data base and provided me results and summary that was incorrect because of using last year’s lab results and body weight. It was extremely frustrating communicating with your AI chat. It took several try’s and emails to get the issue resolved. The likelihood of me and my wife being a repeat customers is very slim.

I was understand someone would go over…
I was understand someone would go over the results over the phone but I just got a report. More direct suggestions of supplements or protocols. Otherwise all good
