Underlying product is Quest Diagnostics lab work, with a very nice wrapper. Scheduling is easy, and results are fast and nicely presented. Difficult to get labs in your actual Quest account (so no connection to Apple Health for example — the new Health integration is one-way the wrong way). If you check Reddit, you’ll also see how pissed early adopters are, because they offer better ongoing pricing to new members, and do not honor pricing for existing customers.

All this has proven to be is expensive tests I likely could have gotten my insurance provider to pay for. The notes are so generic they do t help me with a real strategy to improve my health.

Second round was very clunky. I did not know which biomarkers were being measured. I have several that were out of range and I have no idea if they have improved. I send several help desk request and the answers were inaccurate and confused. I still do not know which bio markers to expect. Pretty frustrating experience for those who are working to improve health

All AI analysis, got completely opposite food recommendations just because some values were slightly improved. I don't trust it!

I’ve sent a request to cancel an automatic renewals 5 days ago and followed up 4 times. No response. Strange behavior.. Overall the product seems good, I’m yet to do the test, but with the price tag, I would expect the customer support responses within 48 hours max, without the need to follow up so many times.

There is a lot of emphasis in terms of adding tests and screens and it creates a huge expectation with regards to result interpretation. There was little insight with results, I ended up spending 5 times what was advertised, and didn’t receive any feedback tied to the stated goals. The strongest follow up was focused on referral incentives…

I thought the program was way too expensive for the information received. I did like the supplements and the information library, but there are a lot of programs out there that are reasonably priced and personalized. And they included individualized testing to get to your root cause. Way too generalized.

I'm not impressed. Original tests required two separate appointments due to the amount of blood that needed to be drawn while second visit somehow only needed 1/3 the amount of vials. How does that work? Maybe that's legit but it seems odd. Never received results for one of the markers I paid for. The AI generated clinical notes were voluminous, but not actionable. Formatting of report was not good with the lists of supplements and foods attached widely spaced out causing the report to use multiple unnecessary pages. No guidance on results. It makes no sense to test this way. It would be better to find a functional medicine practitioner who can order the tests and then sit down with you to go over the results and determine a plan. This third party approach is not at all helpful. I regret spending the $$
