I thought my health was pretty good. Then I used Function Health and found out just how bad my Heart health really is. Function health allowed me to see a problem in my health that otherwise would have gone unnoticed. Now its time to improve said health. I recommend every try a service like this a couple of times to see if the things in life you are doing are helping your life or killing you faster.
