I got scammed. Don't let it happen to you. It's a great concept but they don't deliver. Listing all their failures would take too long. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I wish I had. Buyer Beware.

In reading what was provided, I expected more. I was under the impression that I would receive “Day-to-day changes that may improve your numbers for the next time you test” (Function’s words), but it was just a list of supplements and food to eat and avoid (which were, in my opinion, fairly obvious). The clinician report might have been helpful if I had not been reading my results as they came in, but honestly, AI had already told me what the clinician report shared. It was highly disappointing. When I emailed customer service they basically directed me to AI and my PCP.

I have no idea what to do next. I thought I would be contacted from a medical professional to go over my blood work results and set me up with a diet and workout plan to fit my body. It seems like this is an AI program. I am not happy with this program.

No notification that my testing site was no longer available. This resulted in a 4 hour drive each way just to do testing. If I was aware of this I would have reconsidered my membership.

Function Health is misleading in many ways. For your second blood test you only get 25% of the bio markers that were in the first test. If you want trend analysis, you need to buy more. That is not clear in their advertising. Also, you never engage w Dr, including notes and summary. All of it is an AI language model, Disappointing

Beware of Function Health. I was happy with the original testing and received detailed results. Then I spent $899 on the cancer testing and all you receive is "No cancer signal was found at this time". I got more detail from my cholesterol test:( They also automatically renew your membership each year, which I did not know about. I contacted them multiple times and finally was told I would receive a refund for the cancer test once I submitted the information they needed for the refund. They then said that "I misunderstood" and would not be getting a refund. Parts of Function Health I feel are good and other tests are I feel, a scam. Buyer Beware!

Making me go a third day for 1 test was unnecessary according to the Quest lab tech that took my blood. Billing is a nightmare and Quest is taking me to collections soon because Function Health is not getting it straightened out, even though tons of email communications promise to work it out with Quest. I really resent paying up front with your company, then getting billed by Quest for the lab work. There is a lot of administrative dysfunction that has caused me a lot of stress and hassle. Very unhappy,

I was happy with Function Health when I had my labs done and received my results in the portal. Then I ordered a test for my son through my account. My son never received an email or link from them so I reached out to Function. They told me my son has to reach out so he also did. They told me REPEATEDLY that they would "resolve the issue" and send him a link so he could access the lab request but they never did. We waited and waited then I asked for a credit on my credit card, they said sure they would process it and they NEVER DID. I had to put a stop on my credit card for the charge and told them so, they did not respond. My membership is coming up for renewal but after this I wrote to them, again repeatedly that I don't want to renew, they said they would "escalate" the issue and guess what, they still have not responded. I'm so upset this really seems like a big scam to me! You can't call and speak with a human. So frustrating I would never use this company again!
