Function health was fine. The testing and explanation was good. However, Quest Diagnostics, who performed the testing was a train wreck. If given the option to choose another lab - definitely do so.

The labs and data are great. The at home service and scheduling is terrible. They do not communicate well and have address errors. This caused them to not come the day they were supposed to. Frustrating when you’ve done all your prep. I’d highly recommend scheduling at Quest vs. using their at home service.

Good set up and easy to use. Need options to add more tests. Need really good comprehensive report of all the tests that is easy to read and print for the doctor.

Sadly I’m not impressed with the Customer Service side here. It’s antiquated and you wait for an entire day to have a response from a real person. It took me a week to get a celiac panel add on test scheduled with this process. The other area that’s not good is the add on test process. I could not figure out on my phone app how to schedule the test. I could purchase it easily. But not schedule it. This could just be a problem on the phone app but this should be able to work. The Function Health itself I’m A fan of. Love the tests and the dr overview and the helpful feedback. Biological age is a cool thing to see too. Please work on the other aspects Of this and it’ll be great!

The clinician notes took a very long time to arrive. I also think it should’ve been a meeting over the phone. Normal people don’t know what it all means. Also my dr said it was a lot of fluff tests

Incompetence I like the choices and array of labs to obtain but I have to do twice for my second set as only the add ons were performed and not the basic 60 that comes w the mid year testing

Like that more facts are available- unfortunately GP and cardiologist don’t know what to do with the info and FH basically shrugs and says- we can’t help you. Then of course there are the specials they run for new members while penalizing loyalty by not giving any discounts. I wanted to keep my info in one place, but as there are other choices- I will keep my options open.
