I have done this for two years. Every June I have to spend time coercing them to finish and provide the clinicians report. My husband gets his within 3 weeks but mine seems to take 6 weeks. We take it at the same time or mine is a week earlier. I do everything asked of me and function doesn’t do their part. Every single time and I’m pretty healthy!

Purchased a membership of function health for my husband and myself. A couple days later they have a great 2 year membership sale. Email them and they won't allow me to get the deal, even if I paid the difference. It was literally a couple days. Seriously silly customer service. Won't be recommending to any of my families and friends and will not continue membership after this year is up. Just silly

The Lady at the Lab didn’t know how to find my vein. I was in pain when she inject the needle and drained my blood. My arm got big bruises and I got sore arm for a week

First, it took six weeks to get my results and I never heard from a clinician about my results. I will be requesting some type of refund and will never refer this company.

This is a scam company. Deceptive Retesting: Ads claim you get tested twice a year, but they only give you one round. No Medical Guidance: They deliver abnormal results with zero treatment steps.Zero. Value: They promise to help address your health issues but abandon you post-payment. Better Alternative: Save your money and order the identical tests directly yourself.

I purchased this garbage service to see what’s going on with my health. I can assure you that you will pay for the service - you will go to quest. Quest will not see your order set. After you find out quest didn’t get your order set and that the confirmation code they gave you is invalid - you’ll then find out THEY HAVE ZERO COSTUMER SERVICE. I waited at quest for hours trying to resolve this just to watch quest close. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOSE A DIFFERENT SERVICE. if you look at the reviews on trust pilot most of these reviews are internal and not authentic. AWFUL SERVICE

Still didn’t help me book my lab when I bought lab work to get. I still don’t have the ability to pick an appointment
