I ordered a fridge at a great price with no tax or shipping costs. I needed the fridge sooner so got a deal for expedited shipping/installation bundle group. Unfortunately, took a week longer than it was supposed to--so if you really need it by a certain date no matter what something to keep in mind. For me, I was able to just eat out for a week and get a cooler to get by. In the end, they provided some compensation for the trouble and it was really nice being able to talk to Elliott throughout the whole process and having his direct line was invaluable both for getting ahold of him when I needed to and peace of mind overall. Elliott was awesome to work with and we both worked together to get to satisfactory conclusion. In the end, they are still working out kinks for delivery but got a great deal and they worked with me throughout the whole process.

I was hunting for a great price on a great camera. What I did not expect to find was a store with a knowledgable service team, nice people and FAST delivery. These guys had it all. I will be coming to them for all my photo needs! Awesome ... just AWESOME!

Sent me defective photo gear as factory refurbished, then refused to issue a refund for the defective merchandise. required multiple emails to get an inadequate response.

This was a great company to work with. We needed our product quickly and they came through. They were very pleasant to work with and everyone I talked with spoke English.
