Prices are great and my equipment worked as it should. But the customer service needs lots of work to say the least. That being said, the prices are hard to beat.

I had to call them to go over some "details". Frustrating, but they had a low price for RX-100 camera so I went with it. That was in November 2015.

I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service after the purchase. I tried twice reaching out to customer support due to an issue that came up as soon as i tried setting up the camera. I never heard a thing from customer support. I had to figure the issue out on my own, which I did by referencing my older model camera.

Camera and accessories all good. I ordered for my daughter's birthday gift, I paid extra ($20) to expedite shipping. The day before my daughters bday I still had not received it so I called and it had not been shipped yet. It was an unpleasant conversation and after asking me to pay addtl. $20, I was mad, so he ended up shipping it 2 day and my daughter didn't have her gift on her bday. So don't trust their shipping ETA, even when you pay the addtl to guarantee on time delivery.

They make you call them before they ship out your item. I'm guessing it's a way to market other products to the customer. Why should I have to call in order to get my order processed?

The guy I spoke with was great my camera came exactly as expected. When I made the confirmation phone call the person I spoke with said he would throw in a canon 80d canon brand battery for half off. Normally $60 gave it to me for $30. I was immediately excited and said yes. However when the battery came in it was not canon brand but a another off brand companies. When I looked up the battery online. I did not get a deal I just paid the normal cost. I felt like I got scammed.

I got my product for a good price although it's with their in house warranty. No problem with the product so can't comment on that. I paid for express shipping which was supposed to go out before a certain holiday, but they didn't ship it until after the holiday. Paid extra for nothing. Most calls during business hours got me to the answering machine. When I did get through, they were polite and helpful.
