Fumfie.comReviews of fumfie.com

I have been wanting to buy this LG washer for a while. I have researched it for about a year and finally saved up the cash. Fumfie had the best price out there but I was having trouble when I checked out getting the free delivery that was advertised. I called up to talk to someone and Elliot answered. He was so professional and nice. Even gave me an extra $10 off for calling in. As we were discussing my order I had questions about the delivery as I work M-F and its my busy season at work and I cant take off for ANYTHING. He listened answered all my questions and went the extra mile to notate my account about my special delivery needs. This has been such a pleasant experience. Now in the internet age you assume when you have to call someone that it is going to be a horrific experience. Instead I am writing this excellent review and bouncing off the walls with excitement since I was able to order this item I had been dreaming about for the last year. Thank you Elliot! You are amazingly helpful and professional! You are the best!

Thank you so much Stevens! You came through. You said it and did it! I got my tracking number! If I need anything else, I'll make sure to contact you. Cheers, J.B

I enjoyed talking with Michael and getting my order correct for the new camera and I am looking forward to other purchases in the future. This is the third time I have ordered from Fumfie and have been happy with the service. LB

As advertised Funfie makes the promise and delivers, fast and correct orders, every time! Thanks Funfie!

Their customer service is truly a pleasure to deal with, and they go the extra mile to make each and every one of their customers happy. i bought my fridge from them, and you can bet i'll be choosing them when looking for more appliances. I have already referred them to several friends and family members, and they haven't been disappointed. Go Fumfie!

I am extremely satisfied with the recent purchase I made from FumFie. I have been looking for this camera as a bundle package since Christmas. I received additional products at a discounted price upon calling FumFie. I am so happy that I found there website I know that I will be purchasing additional items from them as there customer service is excellent. Thank You FumFie

Take a chance on Fumfie! After reading some reviews, the representative I spoke to eased any concern I had. I did have some questions, but whoever I spoke to throughout my order process was patient and helpful. I now have used my new gas stove a few times and could not be any more pleased with it and the experience I had with Fumfie. I'll be back and I will encourage all of my friends and family to shop at Fumfie for all their appliance needs.

The item I ordered from Fumfie was out of stock, even though their website reported it as being in stock. After being notified, Fumfie agreed to ship me a higher model of the item for the same price. Thanks for the prompt attention, and excellent customer service. Review Update: Received the item (AV Receiver) yesterday. It was NOT the higher model that I was promised over the phone when I was told the original item was not in stock. It was, at least, the original model that I ordered, and was brand new as described on their web site. Evidently, they found it in their inventory after they tried (and failed) to up-sell me on the higher priced model. Also, did not receive the complimentary HDMI cable I was promised in the email from Henry (Steve ?). Not a real problem, since I didn't need it anyway, but they shouldn't promise items, then not deliver. I ended up getting exactly the item ordered at a very good price. But the buying experience from Fumfie leaves me wondering if it was really worth the $10 I saved...
