I purchased a refrigerator on August 10th and was even given a great deal on expedited shipping. It is now a month later and I was forced to cancel my order as it never arrived. I was given the run around three separate times regarding my purchase. It was damaged so they said they'd send a new one and reduce the price. Never happened. Then the trucking company lost the unit. Lost! Then I waited to see if they could locate it. Never happened. I had to fight to cancel my order and fight to get my credit card reimbursed. I was told I would receive compensation for the hassle. Never happened. I was lied to repeatedly. And I do not even have a unit to show for it. Horrible experience. Worst e commerce deal I've ever had to go through.

I was looking for a built in Microwave to replace the GE Microwave I had. After searching in local stores and online, I found what I was looking for at Fumfie. Customer service answered my questions and the product was delivered to my home in perfect condition. It was an easy transaction all in all!

Its important to note that I have only ordered the product, I haven't received it yet.

Ordered a few appliances from fumfie as I was moving to a new home. Fumfie had great prices but I figured why not call in and see if I can get some sort of bulk discount. Called in and spoke with one of their reps who went over each item with me and was able to get me a better deal then the listed price on their site, which btw was the cheapest I could find. All in all was a great experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to Fumfie.
