PROS-Overall, I am really impressed with this company. There level of service is great and their products are even better. Thank you crew for making this purchase easy for me. I will shop again. CONS- Only a few minor issues, I was missing a Memory card Wallet, and 16GB Memory Card. I talked to the crew at Fumfie and they are taking care of me. Thank you.

I have never used Fumfie. I had a previous experience ordering a refrigerator online and this was much easier dealing with Fumfie. Elliot explained the options available and I am glad he did as I feel I ordered what I would not have had I not called in.

Elliot helped me to place the initial order (1st time shopping at Fumfie) and I had a very pleasant experience. The price is competitive and the customer service is excellent. Elliot explained everything I wanted to know clearly and the it took me less than 10 minutes to get the order placed. I came to Fumfie through a friend's referral and so far I am very happy with Fumfie and it's service. Let's see what happens with the delivery.

Ordered a range and dishwasher from Fumfie. Started out with questions via email that returned prompt, clear, and concise answers with no pressure. Spoke with Elliot over the phone to order the appliances; he was courteous and explained the process from order to delivery. He made sure I understood the delivery would take about three weeks but could be expedited sooner if needed and explained the options. He included the instructions regarding the delivery process to follow in case of damage during shipment. Elliot made ordering appliances a painless experience. Expecting delivery the first week in September. Thanks Elliot!!!

So far the expereince has been great. I was a bit apprehensive about the process of buying from Fumfie, given the low prices and no sales tax. Elliot was able to reassure me with his knowledge and straightforward manner. I will follow up with yet another review after the range arrives. Fantastic experience! Steve walked us through all the major appliances we needed for our new condo in California. He made some great suggestions and was as efficient and professional as anyone I have ever worked with. Prices were not to be beat either! A great experience and we will definitely work with them again in the future as well as recommend Fumfie (and Steve in particular) to friends and family. Well done!

This is regarding the initial order -- I still have not received my fridge and don't expect to for 3-4weeks. Elliot called right after I ordered the fridge -- it was by far the best price. He seemed very friendly and informed me of the delivery queue which could take 15business days. I have seen some bad reviews, but issues do happen and sometimes people lose patience and are not reasonable -- I felt like the price was worth giving Femfie a chance! Elliot did clarify that the fridge should be fully inspected b4 accepting the delivery. That makes sense and might be mistake others made when complaining about shipping damage issues that took a long time to resolve. As long as I receive the fridge in new and perfect condition within 4weeks, I am happy and will follow up this review with more positive feedback. Actually if there is an issue, then as long as Femfie is diligent with resolving my issue in a reasonable time, then I would again provide my praise of there efforts in another positive review. If all goes well, and if people can handle the delivery queue, then this might be the best place to buy appliances!
