Elliott, was quick to respond, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I purchased a GE Range and Microwave, his prices were extremely competitive and he was able to accommodate my questions on a Miele appliance that was not even shown on the Fumfie site. I would definitely recommend Fumfie and especially Elliot to anyone searching for the best appliance prices on line.

I bought a counter depth refrigerator from Eliot, because their price was lower than everyone else, even better they said it can be delivered in a couple days instead of three weeks from other companies, after resolving some minor issues with delivery my refrigerator got to my home in one week, it works great and looks fantastic, I would buy again from fumfie.

I purchased a dishwasher in May and got a great price on a great dishwasher. I had a little issue with the delivery but that was cleared up pretty quickly. The delivery guy was excellent and Elliott who took my order was extremely helpful.. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I can only hope that the rest of my transaction with Fumfie is as smooth and as pleasant as the initial sales transaction with Elliot. There was no hard sell or pressure, he answered my questions and gave me options to choose from. Overall I would give Elliots number to anyone looking for new appliances not to mention Fumfie prices are by far the best!!

I sent a note on Sunday regarding shipping times. I promptly received a call from Elliott on Today answering all my questions in a very professional and kind manner. It was a pleasure doing business with Fumfie. Looking forward to receiving our ice maker.

Thank you, Sean, for your patience and help figuring out my fridge purchase. I know I had a lot of questions. You were very helpful and willing to find my answers. I am excited to get the LG fridge. So far, so good. I will let you know in a few weeks how it's going. Thanks again.

After placing my order, the shipping option that I had originally chosen wasn't reflected on the receipt. I called customer service on a Sunday afternoon and had a very long wait on the phone and gave up after an hour of not being able to speak to someone. But I called back on Monday and was helped out by a gentleman named Steven who gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had. He was fast, very understanding and was helpful in compensating me for the trouble I had on Sunday. Overall, excellent experience.

Elliot answered all my questions perfectly and promptly. He made it easy to place an order.
