Fumfie.comReviews of fumfie.com

I placed an online order looking to use multiple methods of payment. While not being the typical means of completing a single transaction, Joseph went above and beyond what was required and made the transaction hassle free and convenient for me. I was quite impressed with his willingness to "step out of the box" so that I could complete my order as desired. In addition, after much online comparison, I found the Fumfie price for the camera I ordered much better than all competitors.

I ordered an outdoor camera and actually just wanted to add the company name to the shipping Information. Jospeh and his coworkers helped me in great way. Uncomplicated and fast and gave me an extra battery for the camera for a better price than on Amazon.

The ordering process was good and secure. They were very eager to help with my sale. Thanks to James and the support team at Fumfie for working this out.

I'm a return customer to Fumfie.com and recently ordered a Sony A6000 from their website. Despite a minor technical glitch in my shipment preference, Joseph Roberts solved the issue swiftly and even added a free starter package to my order for the inconvenience caused. Superb customer service from an excellent company. I shall be returning her for my camera purchases as always and continue recommending this site to all my friends! Iain

I ordered a camcorder and although there were few glitches with delivery (ups driven not fumfie) the service was excellent. Both Joseph and Elliott were very understanding and attentive and worked to resolve the issue. Very satisfied with the experience.

Just received a call from Joseph and he was very polite and helpful with getting my order processed. Thank you! B. Regards, Eddie.

Joseph contacted me because I'm using a Texas billing address and sending my package to Wisconsin. I truly appreciate his phone call and the security protocols that Fumfie is following because it seems all too common for cyber scams to be going on undetected. Joseph was polite and very professional during our phone conversation. I will definitely be using Fumfie again because of the Customer Service I received from Joseph and the Fumfie team.

Joseph helped me with credit card verification process after I purchased my item.
