Place a order on the phone with Steven for a Sigma Lens for Canon DSLR. Was promised to have a shipping tracking number in a day because I just missed the FedEx truck for the day (at around 4PM ish, which is fine with me). Two day went by and no tracking number, called them up on the phone and was promised again a tracking number by night time. Third day roll around still no tracking number. Call it in on the third day. Was put on hold multiple time and eventually get disconnected when I start inquiring about the status of my order. "Please hold and let me check". click, got hang up multiple time! Got a lady in the customer service department and she was so rude she just hang up when I started asking about my order and tracking number. Finally get someone else in customer service and I have no choice but to cancel the order and put a disputed in with Paypal. Never ever spending my money in this customer un-friendly company

Our order was placed and paid for by credit card on Feb 8th and it cleared on the same day, and then was not shipped until the 16th. We should have been told as I found out later, that you did not have the one in black in stock, but did have one in silver ie the Classic. We finally get our order on the 24th. This kind of delay is and was unacceptable, by anyone. If when this was ordered it was not available as it was needed, we should have been told. In the future should I decide to purchase other camera gear from you, no matter if it is a camera or a lens, please be up front and let me know if you have the item in stock or not. My purchase time is important not only for myself, but my clients. Thank you

I ordered a Panasonic GH4 almost $200 cheaper than the second lowest price, and it came through perfect. It was a new stock item with the current versions of firmware a US/Canada edition and I registered the warranty with no hitches and it is shooting perfectly. I didn't order fast shipping and the camera came nearly a week late, but everything else was perfect and hey $200 for a little delay? No problem. Oh and one annoyance was there were no email confirmations, don't worry, just keep checking your account page for the updates, they will come, yes, annoying but worth $200? Definitely! I will check Fumfie next time I have a camera or lens purchase. And probably the time after that and the one after that....

When you order something they send you a email that you have to call the store for delivery details, then they try to sell you expensive extras.. After 3 days of waiting they confirmed my order, than you have to wait until they have your money(3 days) after this they cancelled my order... No camera no money, they told me in 3 days is my money back.....

The camera products are as advertised and Elliot from customer service was very helpful. Thanks again.

hello ... I found my Nikon D7200 here for 400$ less than the other sites ( with prime lens ) ... I was happy and made the purchase , after that I looked at the reviews and I was very scared .. I called Fumfie at once to confirm my purchase , they try to up-sale me few stuff , they was very gentile , I gently declined . I chose the slowest delivery available ( 5-8 business days ) , after only 2 days I got the shipping confirmation , it was good sign but I was still scared , I got my package today and every thing was perfect EXCEPT there was no warranty ( the original yellow one ) but who cares , the camera and the lense were brand new , I checked the shutter count before I submit this review , and guess what , IT WAS ONE SHUTTER COUNT , thank you Fumfie , you made my day , keep the good work . cheers

I bought a camera lens from Fumfie, it was a great, great price and that should've been my red flag. The camera arrived in some weird cheap box, not in the original manufacturer box I have seen in other stores, it lack the hood that should've come with it, instructions, product registration papers, etc. Don't know if the lens was used or a copy or stolen and then resold. Very suspicious of this site, don't buy here.
