Hi Anita! I'm very sorry that you found yourself in this situation. Indeed, the emails you write about are automatic. We are experiencing some technical difficulties receiving emails. We are sorry that you had to write to us 6 times. But one of your emails still reached us! We sent you a reply, but apparently, our email did not reach you either. We have disabled your subscription and issued a refund for a monthly subscription and your Personal Tracker. You should have already received an email confirming your refund! We try to do everything for our customers. If you have any additional questions, please try writing to us from your other email address or better yet via WhatsApp. Support Team Email: [email protected] Support Team WhatsApp: https://wtsp.cc/19295616550 Lina Kohl, Customer Support Lead of Fullofmind

Hi Irene, We're so sorry you had to go through this. I checked and indeed your requests are not in our email system. We are very sorry that this happened. Our payment system indicates that you managed to cancel your trial on November 2nd yourself. There will be no further payments. There was some technical error with displaying the status of your trial subscription in your profile. I have already reported this to our development team and we are working to ensure that emails are received and subscription cancelations are displayed correctly. I wish you a good day, and if you have any additional questions or you need any other assistance, please try to write to our Support Team using your other email, if you have one, or via WhatsApp. Support Team Email: [email protected] Support Team WhatsApp: https://wtsp.cc/19295616550 Lina Kohl, Customer Support Lead of Fullofmind

Hi Mercedes! It's wonderful to hear that you had a positive experience with the course! The teacher's positivity, constant smile, and clear explanations made the learning enjoyable. Music as part of the process added to your experience, which is great to know. If you have more feedback or questions in the future, feel free to share. Keep up the great work!
