I love this service. It helps reduce how much I need to carry (I take the bus) weekly, and the food is of great quality! The very few times I've had any issues, staff was responsive and respectful. And by issues, I mean, duplex confusion-we live at one side of the building, and our neighbors the other and they got delivered our box and thought it was theirs-they gave it back when they realized what it was; one time something was missing from the box and I was refunded money for that. I've had this service for over a year so I think that's a pretty dang good record. On occasion when I'm out when the delivery driver arrives, they are always friendly with a smile. But back to the box: I like that I can customize it. I also very rarely buy fruits at the store (I don't have a reason why, I just never think to), so I LOVE that I have been eating more fruits since beginning this service. The veggies and fruits are always so fresh and packed as environmentally friendly as possible (very little plastic waste with the things I buy, which is a plus). I also like that I can choose my box size, but add more as needed depending on the weekly meal plan. And since the farms are part of a CSA, I believe they support some of my own ethics: employees seem to be well treated (so far as I can tell), the fruits and veg are organic (which, coming from the Midwest out in the country and LITERALLY having to take medicine as a child due to our neighbors over spraying their fields, I 100% support this). I also appreciate many of the more ecologically sound practices these farms try to embrace. I've looked many of them up and so far as I can tell, they're putting their money where their mouth is. I have had this service May of 2021. I highly recommend them. I am not big on meal boxes and stuff like that, but since these are fresh veggies and fruits, I get to pick what I want and plan. And there are seasonal veggies and such which I have tried specifically because that's what is in season: I like that. I like having something to look forward to with change of season. And if you just want a surprise and don't plan your meals, they make it easy by having a variety of fruits and veg for each week. So it accommodates people who don't like to over think things. You can add certain farm goods to a "don't send" list, too. I only ever did this with grapefruit (I try so hard to like them, but I just can't do it. They are good quality, I am just not a fan of grapefruit). Thought I was done, but just remembered, duh, the ordering process is so incredibly easy. I just do my meal plan, write up my list (offline, in "real space"), then go down their list of veggies and fruits to see what is available. You can add and remove items very easily, see past orders, and view other specialty stuff (which, I'd like to buy, but unfortunately I will say those are a bit pricey. With good reason, but still, out of my reach right now). If you don't know what something is, you can click on it to learn more about that product/veg/fruit/etc. You can also update your account online if you need to. This year was a challenge since I had to leave state for family issues every other month, but I was able to skip those boxes as needed, then pick back up with the orders upon my return. Everything was pretty easy to manage. While I like interacting with people, due to Covid I've appreciated being able to cut down my in store time to reduce my exposure to possible contagions (and vice versa). So this has definitely been a boon to our household cutting down time in stores. Okay I *think* that's all I have to say on this matter. Great experience! We're sticking with them.

Plenty of advance notice to customize box. Easy navigation on web site. Lots of choices for customizing.

I've been on the fence about this service for months. They have forgotten items before, though only a few times. I guess that happens. They have also sent me greens that are already going bad. The broccolini I got recently was going to seed, the Cilantro is more often than not wilting. But, I gave that stuff a pass because it was usually a good service. Until I figured out how they do their pricing. I've always know the delivery fee was hidden, which I didn't like but accepted. What I didn't realize was that the prices listed for products in "Add to box" were all "discounted prices." Meaning - the prices they show you for products you can add are not the same prices for the products they preloaded in your box. I called in to ask for a breakdown of pricing for items and they couldn't give it to me. I asked for the pricing of delivery and they couldn't give it to me. To make it worse, they said their prices per item and for delivery change by week. So, as a customer I can't even tell what I am paying for what. They could choose their own pricing - and change that anytime - and we would never see anything other than the total price for the box. The only reason I figured this out is because there is a new statement on their site telling you the prices you are seeing are discounted. Clicking "learn more" reveals that your box pricing is completely unrelated. This would all be OK if you could view what you are paying for per item and for delivery. But they intentionally obscure this and just recently started putting a statement (probably to co er their assessment legally) that alerted me to this. This is the definition opaque pricing and intentionally misleading marketing. I will no longer support a business that goes out of their way to mislead you on pricing and obscure their fees.

Produce is quality and worth the price where I live in the Arctic. The packaging sometimes leaves something desired. For example, I ordered tomatoes and cantaloupe in the same order and the tomatoes got smashed in the box by the other fruit in route. Otherwise, everything is great. I wish you would carry cherries or pineapple.

I find Full Circle easy to make changes to my weekly order. The choice of food choices is excellent. My order is always delivered on-time. Also, it is easy to donate a weekly order to a local food bank when I am out of town.

The products are priced appropriately and are of high quality. My boxes are always on time. The website is easy to use, and there are always plenty of products to swap out and/or add to my weekly box.
