FulfillriteFulfillrite is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that has helped eCommerce and crowdfunding brands ship more than 20 million orders since 2010. We fulfill from three facilities across Lakewood, New Jersey and Salt Lake City, Utah and give brands fast, coast-to-coast delivery within the U.S., plus international shipping for backers and customers abroad. We specialize in small, lightweight products and support everyone from first-time founders to brands shipping tens of thousands of orders a month, and we've handled more than 3,500 crowdfunding campaigns across Kickstarter, Indiegogo, BackerKit, and Gamefound. What clients value most is the combination that's usually hard to find in one place: a dedicated account manager who knows your business, same-day shipping, real-time inventory in our own software, and simple month-to-month terms with no setup fee.Accuracy is where it shows up most. We ship at a 99.8% order accuracy rate, so your customers get what they ordered and you spend less time on reshipments and complaints. New brands also get hands-on onboarding and a real point of contact from day one, which matters most when you're shipping your first campaign or pushing through your busiest season of the year. From your first 100 orders to your next major launch, we keep fulfillment accurate, fast, and personal.

We have been working with Fulfillrite for more than 6 years now and we can say without a doubt that this company provides an outstanding logistics service. A very organized warehousing team, a quick shipping process, an easy return process, a range of shipping options and insurance options, a user-friendly portal, excellent client support... Used Fulfillrite for S&H on our KS project. Josh was patient and supportive. Fulfillrite's amazing customer service is a big part of how we have product in the hands of our backers. It's worth noting that we're a tiny little project but you'd never be able to tell from the level of attention and responsiveness we received.

When I planned my second Kickstarter campaign I knew it would be worth the investment to engage a shipping service. Fulfillrite was the right choice. They provided full, efficient service and had a quick answer for every question I asked. The books arrived promptly and not a single backer complained about a damaged or lost package! I highly recommend them.
