FulfillriteReviews of fulfillrite.com

I can't speak highly enough about Fulfillrite. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the success of my Kickstarter campaign. Not only did they help me set up my account and find a freight forwarder, but they also sorted out an issue I wasn't even aware of with my China factory. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly. Furthermore, I was impressed with how easily they helped me ship my products to Europe. At the time other companies were experiencing issues , but Fulfillrite took care of everything with no hassle or stress. Their level of professionalism and dedication I feel is unmatched. Overall, I highly recommend Fulfillrite to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy fulfillment company. They offer great value for their services and truly care about their clients' success.

I worked with Sol at FulfillRite, and he was a great help! They were responsive, timely, and stuck to their price estimates. They made sure that I was able to fulfill my Kickstarter campaign, and they handled the whole process beautifully.

Excellent. The communication and service is beyond compare. The team took the time to help when questions arose and was always kind and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

A company have good working to manage these things

Fulfillrite is the most responsive shipping partner I've ever worked with. They answer the phone when you have a basic question or a difficult problem, and our customers get their products quickly and without issues.

Very prompt and professional. Defiantly would recommend 100%. Will be using again.

Fulfillrite was great to work with! They made the process of crowdfunding fulfillment as painless as possible and they were helpful and efficient.

Had 1500 books to ship after a successful kickstarter. First their software, once you get your address list in the correct spreadsheet format, is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well. Second their representative did a great job explaining to me how to do everything and helped along the way. Third I needed some customization adding a pamphlet to all my books and they did a great job adding it to the existing boxes. And forth, only had issues with 3 of the 1500 packages, and the company took full responsibility for those small errors and made it right. Would highly recommend them to anyone doing something similar.
