Its like they don't like making money.
I called Fufillrite a few times to set up an account and they intentionally try to disqualify new customers. My company met all of their criteria and then they just keep making up stupid reasons to say that we weren't a good fit. Afterwards their employees recommend companies that got horrible reviews. I'm not going to beg any business to take my money, if you guys aren't taking new customers at the moment then just say so.

Hi A.T. - I'm sorry that you've had a bad experience with Fulfillrite. We're currently reviewing our correspondence history to see if there is anything that we can do better. (If you can provide the name of your company in a private message on Trustpilot, it will help us to find records of our conversation with you). That way, we can make sure no one else has a similarly bad experience. It is true that we periodically turn away potential customers. For example, we cannot ship very large or very heavy products or dangerous products. If a company has hundreds of SKUs, we recommend other fulfillment centers. All of these reasons, as well as others, are detailed in our FAQ in the Resources and Pricing sections of our websites. Our customer service team also shares this information on calls since we know relatively few people read FAQs. Once again, I am sorry that your experience was a negative one. We're going to continue to research your case and see if there is anything that we can improve.
