Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're so sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. The package you are writing about was delivered to our warehouse on Dec 9 and assigned to your account on Dec 13 in 2 business (!) days as usual. The delivery time frames are 14-30 days to Russia, so Dec 27 is the earliest you could have expected to receive the package, but nowadays delivery to Russia is closer to the max value. The preparing for shipping is usually faster but you attached incorrect export form to your package so we had to request a new one from you. You provided incorrect forms again in reply to our customer support several times and we prepared the package as soon as we received the correct one. Although there are no any other reports on the export form filling out process , we will try to make it easier for our customers,

Здравствуйте, Максим! Вы написали в службу поддержки 7 августа и в этот же день вам был предоставлен ответ о том, что ваша посылка признана утерянной. Наш специалист запросил у вас адрес PayPal для перевода компенсации, но вы так и не предоставили ответ. Ни одно ваше письмо не было оставлено без ответа, поэтому проверьте, пожалуйста, свою почту и все ее папки ещё раз. Ожидаем ваш ответ касательно компенсации.
