Sent package to Russia, delivered without any problems. Yes, they don't have support line but every e-mail sent was answered promptly

We have sent our package to Russia, it was delivered to the warehouse the next day, then it took about a week or so to depart the US. It is fully tracked, and we expect it to be delivered to Russia within two weeks.

Used it when the pandemic hit us, and now will try to use it to send gifts after all the restrictions hit the world.

Had a great experience working with Fulfilla. Due to sanctions, it is impossible to send anything to Russia from the US, but Fulfilla made it happen. I followed the prohibited items rules so I had no problem with sending it to Russia and there were no damaged or missing items when my parents got it. I sent it on the 23th of December from MA to Vladimir region and it was delivered on Jan 13th. It took nearly 3 weeks during the busiest time of the year! I was also able to track the package on their website and my parents were notified when it was at the post office. Definitely will use it again. Thank you!
