My husband and I always use Fulfilla now for sending packages to my family back in Russia. They always receive everything in good condition and yes always excited to have something from us for their birthdays or holiday that we have. Even though my last package the weight scale I used malfunctioned they contacted me and the problem was easily taken care of with no delay. We are always excited as well when we video chat with them as they open the package that we sent. Sending a package to the other side of the earth and the logistics of it is no easy task I am sure. Even with uncontrollable word events complicating things I always feel good about everything arriving in a reasonable time period and just love celebrating with my family even though I now reside in the United States with my husband for now going on four years. With relatives in Russia and the horrible war in full force, the only chance to send anything to my retired mom with minuscular pension was Fulfill. I've done so far two parcels, it was going to the neighboring Moscow area. Both times it took about 1.5 month from NYC. Everything was ok and I am happy to have at least this option to send something to my family.
