I have used the service a couple of times. and it's great! it took nearly 6 weeks for the package to get to russia from boston. the items were in a good condition and nothing was missing. i was able to track it at all times and my family got notified when the package arrived at the post office. highly recommend fulfilla!

This was my first time using the Fulfilla’s services and I was completely satisfied. My package to Russia was delivered in a month and a half. every step is tracked. I think that for a reasonable price offered by the company, the service is beyond praise. I plan to use the services of the company in the future.

I've sent four packages in the last year using Fulfilla. Two of them went to Serbia, other two went to Russia. The ones to Serbia took a month and a couple of days, and the ones to Russia took a little longer, about a month and a half. Sending to Serbia was 1/2 the price of the official USPS price list, sending to Russia officially is impossible at all. I'm satisfied so far. Had to use support once to correct the last mile address line, and it was not difficult to do so.

I needed to send a parcel of 14.5 kg from USA to Russia. In one of the groups on Facebook, I found information about this company, comparing the price of delivery to Russia with other companies, I decided that it was the cheapest here. Honestly, I was worried that the package would not reach. But to my surprise, the parcel arrived, and in less than a month. I received notifications about all the movements of the parcel, which is very convenient. Definitely recommend them and will send more. Thank you

По кайфу, все четко доставили. И быстро. Не побилось ничего, даже чипсы не раскрошились. Цена адекватная и скорость приемлемая. 10/10, санкции + война а чипсы в Сибирь идут по расписанию

Отличная компания !Я долго искала с кем отправить и как,посылку в Казахстан. Случайно наткнулась на fulfilla,решила попробовать )На сайте всё ясно и понятно описано,как оформить ,как осуществляется доставка.Собрала ,оплатила ,отвезла в UPS и оттуда в течении 4 дней,посылка прибыла на базу Fulfilla.Её там перепаковали,видимо так было нужно.В общей сложности 26 дней.С базы была отправлена 5 мая 2023 года,и доставлена 21 мая в KZ.И мои довольные родственники получили все в целости и сохранности .Спасибо вам огромное!Буду вас рекомендовать )

I have already made several shipments. Good customer service and fast response if you need help with your package. I was visiting my family and, in order not to take a lot of luggage on the plane, I sent a package to myself from California to Russia. The Company checks the shipments according to the policy. I was surprised to see everything was checked and neatly packaged as if I had done it at home. I also want to thank the Company for giving us the opportunity to send gifts to friends and family on the other side of the ocean at such a difficult time in world politics.
