Haseem Gafer,
Haseem Gafer, By and large your company appears to be reputable. I can give you some latitude in your company's recent lack of customer service to U.S. based traders due to MetaQuotes decision to back away from the prop firm space and U.S. traders. Be that as it may, I'm a U.S. based trader with an evaluation account. I've been told repeatedly that my account will be migrated to DXTrade on X date. X date comes and goes and the migration doesn't happen. We have an expression in the U.S., "Under promise, over deliver". Why not just tell U.S. traders the unpleasant reality that the migration is a big, complicated process which may not be completed until (insert a date here no one wants to hear) and then come through before then? Presumably you're someone who has an education in business, which makes it all the more surprising your company isn't getting one of the first, and most obvious, tenets of business correct; deliver on what you tell the customer you're going to do.
