After writing a review last week where I explained everything in detail, I'm writing here a follow up. I've upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars since they've paid me 25 % of profits today and a refund since I passed and I had paid for that as an add on. I want to be honest and inform everyone of this small change. It took 8 weeks and it doesn't change much about my opinion regarding this company. First of all, I should have received close to 20 K, instead of only 25 % since I didn't break any rule. Telling me that I was copy trading is a complete joke since I was trading a different asset at each account. Not only did they not pay me what they should have paid me, it means it was a waste of time. I reached all these targets within 2 weeks, normally I could have reached several targets more during the last 8 weeks if they would not have cancelled all my accounts. I will still take extra steps since it's completely unacceptable how they treat people. This is not a prop firm, they use every trick not to pay you. Try a real prop firm, and you will see the difference immediately. For swing traders (holding overnight and the weekend), InstantFunding is a good one, great help desk and you get an answer within one minute. For experienced traders there is Apextraderfunding, that's the real deal but you've to be good.

So I’ve hit my profit target on the 9th of May and after waiting 3 days I’ve finally received an email, FTUK have decided to revoked my account. Apparently I am ‘impersonating’ somebody else all because I’ve used my wife’s email because I don’t have my own. Absolutely ridiculous, to think I have spent a lot of time trying to pass this account and also sticking to all of their rules! Joke of a company.

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not trust FTUK! I purchased a $40,000 instant funding account that included a no stop loss option that I paid for as an add-on. On 4/25/24 I passed the first level of trading utilizing $10k of the instant funding account and earned $1019.77. Upon review, FTUK said my trading was too aggressive and to advance to the second level they wanted to mandate that I now trade with a 2% or less stop loss limit. I informed FTUK that I no longer want to trade with them and I want the payout for passing level one. They asked that I set up a a USDT ERC-20 to receive payment, which I set up and still no payment and they refuse to inform me when I will be paid. The support team is very unhelpful and do the least they can to resolve issues and provide information. I have contacted the BBB and CFPB about FTUK's practices. By retaining my money, they are keeping me from making trades with another firm. FTUK practices are unfair and abusive resulting in the loss of potential income. Stay away!

I had a bad experience with FTUK. I bought a funded account with the addon for non Stop loss. I started trading and the closed two times my positions because I did not have a stop loss! I sent three emails to support telling them with proof that I bought the addon for non stop loss and I required that they reset my account because they closed my two positions with loss. But NO ANSWER! This made me disappointed with their low behavior and ignorance. Hence I wanted to share my experience with them. Update on May 6th, 2024: FTUK responded by saying the following: "After a thorough review of your account, we won't be able to reset the account. Our system has closed your trades once you exceed a floating loss of 2% to protect the capital. The introduction of the "no stop loss" add-on was prompted by the fact that some of our traders incorporate hidden or omitted stop losses into their strategies. It's important to note that this add-on does not imply that traders can forego risk management and adopt an "all in" approach. Traders are expected to maintain a solid level of control over their risk management practices. If you lose 2% on a trade then our system will close the trade in order to protect the capital." As you can read, it jumps to your eyes that: 1- The addons for non Stop loss is useless because FTUK has another hidden rule that you must keep a 2% risk!!! So why do you charge for the non stop loss addons?

This company is a scammer. Most of the prop firms make money in fees paid by traders. When traders make money, it's against their interest and they stop you, close your open trades and tell you how much they will pay you-because your money is with them!!!. So if you want to get F__Ked, use FTUK as your prop firm. I have full correspondence, chat screen shots (they don't even send transcripts, even when requested). if anyone cares to have it, I can send. So upon posting this review, I got an email from trust pilot that company has asked for my details which I have submitted. Let's see what they have to reply and based on that I will update the post publicly. YOUR RESPONSE IS NOTED. REIMBURSE THE FULL PAYMENT AND THE REFUND OF FEES PAID (INCLUDING ADD ONS) AND THE LOSS CAUSED BY CLOSING OF OPEN TRADES TO THE POINT OF TAKING PROFIT TRIGGERED. THE ACTIONS YOU TOOK ARE ILLOGICAL, ARBITRARY AND ADHOC BASED ON YOUR WHIMS AND FANCY. NOT JUST ME - BUT OTHERS WHOSE PROFITS YOU HAVE SLASHED TO WHATEVER PERCENTAGE YOU FEEL LIKE - WHERE ARE YOUR RULES THAT STATE - IF YOU DO THIS WE WILL PAY YOU 50% - IF SOMETHING ELSE- WE PAY YOU 25% - IF YOU DO THIS- WE PAY YOU NOTHING.. THERE ARE COMPLAINTS THAT INSPITE OF BUYING NO STOPLOSS ADDON - YOU HAVE NOT PAID THEM TOO. YOU TALKING ABOUT TRANSPARENCY??? START WITH SENDING FULL TRANSCRIPTS AND NOT JUST VAGUE ANSWERS!!
