i bought the scaling plan 14k when i passed the level 1 they told me they will not give me the payout until i make 5 % on the level 2 and when i passed the level 2 they should give me level 3 account + withdraw.they sent me an email told me we will stop your account and give you 25% of the the profit.when i contact them their support not answering on my emails.they banned me on discord because i reported the problem.take care they are scammers. my followers on instagram and youtube over 30 k now they know about this scammers and many ppl text me that will not join also some of them had bad experience. Reply: First thing is those trades has been closed because i opened them with wrong lots so i can't keep a trade running with a wrong lot because i have to manage the risk. and you can check that.and about the trade when i lost 4.5% i had some profite on my account and at that moment you didnt say yet that the max risk per trade is 2 %,and i managed that loss why because my strategy help me to manage the account when i am in profit also when i am in drawdown and you can see that after that trade i won some trades with 4.5 % and 5%+.also you said that we can put sl within 60 secs and you closed my trades within 30 sec which is illogical you didnt talk about this ?another mistake about the 17 june trade,check and you will find that my last trade was in 12 june. and that trade that you were talking about was on 17 may i closed that trade because of the wrong lot size that's it and i opened the same sell at the same price with a different lot size,everything i do on my account is in purpose of the risk management . i am a trader i know how to manage my risk and my account. i've worked with many propfirms and i didn't find any problem.i'm a profitable trader and i lost with you the fee of the funding program and you didnt give me my money and also that 5% extra and the most importent thing is the time. you had some problems with metaquotes and we kept waiting to fix the problem and so much things..anyways you still can solve the problem.

Wish I never bothered, mentioned about my account and got blocked from their discord. I had $50 left to trade and have got a hard breach, they placed a trade on top off the trade I had on which doesn't seem fair at all. And from what I have heard about withdrawals and delays in the past is pathetic. Not a reliable firm, definitely won't be coming back again. Waste of time and money. There is a great amount of very poor customer service ran by this firm also!!! Please STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service, constant neglect in solving problems, critical bugs in the work of trading platforms and the system as a whole. At first I didn't have stop-losses displayed in the history and the company decided that I was trading without them. I spent a week pestering tech support, but they ignored me. Now I have problems with withdrawal of my earnings: I have been waiting for withdrawal for 2 weeks, but the status of the request has not changed. A week ago they sent me a contract to sign (after a long appeal to the support and after a long ignoring), I signed the contract immediately, but it's been 4 days and they are still waiting for me to sign it.... Non-transparency with payments: OK, they told me that my risks are not suitable for them and reduced the % from 80 to 25, but for some reason the amount that was calculated at 80% and transferred from the previous level fell under these 25%. I asked the support what level of risk they are satisfied with, but did not get a concrete answer.
