Closing trades under 30 seconds is not allowed and falls under our prohibited tick scalping policy. You knowingly breached the rules. This decision was not based on your profits. After the approval, you contacted us requesting the payout to be cancelled, and later asked for it to be processed again. This back-and-forth is what caused the delay in the payout process. We have just checked the status again and can confirm that you have already accepted the Rise invite. This means your payout is now being processed and should arrive in your account within approximately 3 hours.
