The roof leaks on my brand new 20' enclosed car hauler, otherwise it is a great trailer. I have climbed up and caulked where I think it is leaking. I bought this trailer from a dealer in Missouri and had it delivered to my home in Minnesota. Minnesota dealers prices are above most other regions, this seems to be consistent with almost all major purchases. I saved $1150 including delivery and it was a smooth transaction.

I ordered a custom made auto transport aluminum trailer. I expressed to Featherlite and the dealer exactly what I would be using the trailer for. The trailer was built to specs, without the raised deck to accommodate wider vehicles. I was delivered the trailer with no EZ track tie down points. The delivering dealer did not even have them in stock for purchase. Featherlite offered to send me some and it has been 2 months. No tie down points. I have a $14,000 paperweight sitting in my yard. Featherlite customer service called me and threatened me. Aggressively told me they are not going to stand behind the dealer or their product.
