I was very nervous about this product at first because of a lot of negative reviews. My laser tube did come broke and FSL replaced it, hey things happen. After watching videos and reading the manual a few times i am so happy i stuck with my machine!! STAY PATIENT ..This thing is freaking awesome. I still have a lot to learn but if your motivated enough you will eventually get it. I look forward to getting more machines to advance my business. Thank you for nick at fsl for reaching out.

We really like our MUSE. We have had it for 10 months and things are going great. There was the usual learning curve as with any new technique but we have created many items that people love. From cards to photo to phone cases to a crystal snowflake pumpkin carriage. The more we use it the better the items look as we perfect the settings. We had one unusual problem but tech support worked with us to resolve it in a timely fashion. Also we get a lot of useful information from the weekly live show on Facebook, new ideas and ways to use the MUSE more efficiently. I would recommend the MUSE to anyone looking for a good hobby laser cutting and engraving machine. John R Deszell

We bought our MUSE about 10 months ago. I can’t say it’s been smooth sailing, BUT I can say any problems I had were “Operator Error”. Machine wise, we’ve had no problems. I’m the artistic one in this duo and my husband John is the brains of the operation. At this point, we are not using the MUSE as a business; but working in that direction. Real retirement is a few years off. Meanwhile, I plan on mastering the RE3 and Corel Draw programs to the point he’ll be asking me questions. We've had a few paying gigs but most have fallen into the gifting category. Last year was the year for weddings and babies! They all received personalized gifts that blew their minds. And I think some of them were priceless! Our Crystal Snowflake Pumpkin and Carriage for a December wedding was a smash success. We definitely have saved money by making these gifts when compared to items listed on Etsy. Next big project is making new name tags for our church and donor recognition plaques for outdoor use at one of the camps. I love the thrift stores and I’m always looking at items and thinking about how cool they would look engraved. My background as a women’s formal wear seamstress, gives me a built in network of potential customers. I have only 2 complaints. Well maybe 3. 1. I can’t cut foam core board. But that’s not it’s fault. 2. I wish we had bought a larger machine. But that was our decision and I’m sure we will upgrade in the future. 3. Nick and a Walker are only on once a week now. I really liked it when they had more shows. There is a learning curve. But the way you can allow your imagination to run wild, is worth the initial struggles.

Being a retired Coast Guard Chief i was looking for a product that would work well and be easy to run for my newly formed small business. after about a year of research we decided to go with the pro 48 machine. We are very pleased and now are waiting on the second machine which is going to be the pro 24 that will be used not only in the shop but also at shows and for eight week in Bush Gardens Theme park during their Food and Wine Fest which we have signed a contract to be a vendor at. i would like to say a big thank you to Scott and Lincoln for all their help along the way, also to Nick GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company is top notch from sales to service. I’ve owned a pro series machine going in two years and no issues. When I’ve had questions there were many staff members to help me out. And when you need a good laugh (and good advice) check out FSL TV the Host Nick and Waker are great.

I have the Muse Laser and Love it!! I use the Muse Laser for my Handbag Business. I make Cork Handbags accessories, and I use the Muse to help me cut out bags and wallets, engrave / cutout designs and laser logos among other things. Having the Muse as apart of my business has taken my handbag business to the next level and has helped me standout!! My Sales Rep BJ even called a few months after I Purchased my Muse to see how everything was going with my Laser which I was having a small issue and BJ helped me get in contact with Frank from customer service for my specific issue and Frank was awesome and helped me fix my small problem with no issues. I also love that Full Spectrum has a Facebook Community Forum for members to post what we make or ask questions. Full Spectrum (Walker & Nick) also hosts once a week live in Facebook a Laser Themed discussion to teach new processes and techniques. They also take live questions from Facebook and YouTube to help with anything we need. If I miss the live Session I watch the replay to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything important or new!

I love our MUSE! It’s been a fun 1.5 years, learning and creating. My wife has even taken over the machine and I have to ask permission to use it - haha. The online RE3 is intuitive and easy to use, really like no other laser software today. Really happy we went with Full Spectrum Laser’s MUSE, after tons of research; we made the right decision.

My wife ordered us an FSL Muse and we love it. When it arrived, it was packaged exceptionally well with only a minor ding (the top "shell" had popped free...not FSL's fault and easily fixed with some concussive maintenance). Was able to set it up and get the laser aligned in an afternoon. The software (RE3) is simple to learn and there's plenty of YouTube instructionals (from both users AND FSL). Also, Nick and the rest of the Customer Service team are quick to help out (they're a small team, but once you get to a rep they won't stop until you're squared away!).
