Very good service, and excellent prices. Havent testet the parts I ordered yet, as im not quite ready. They say its CAT6a, and with that certification I trust it will check out in the fluke later on. Shipping was fast, and packing was good. Will shop again for sure.

I'm in the process of ordering a Media Converter I need in a hurry. In the Netherlands iDeal payment to a webshop is instantaneously and they support it. I ordered on monday After some chat and mail sessions (they kept being very polite ;) ) it took till thursday to receive my payment. Now the order can finally be shipped and I'm confident that this process will work as it should. My recommendation would be to clearly warn iDeal users that payments can get delayed. In my case it will be way faster to just transfer the money via iDeal to my Paypal account and then pay from there. iDeal to Paypal is also instantaneous.

Purchased patch cables and 10G transceiver modules. Both came quickly. I inserted the transceiver and cable into switch, everything started working immediately. So far, there’s no compatibility problem. Will do business again, good product, very impressed.

Not much to say about the sfp+ transceivers, they do exactly what they are supposed to for a reasonable price.

Quick response, and keep their promises when placing an order. Professional sales reps, while still having reasonable prices!

I needed a few fiber patch cables with different connectors in both ends, and I needed them in a non-standard color (white instead of bright yellow) since they are visible in my living room. In spite of only needing three cables (these are low-price items of less than 2 euro each), Della from the sales department was very helpful and put in my order with their factory, who special-made them for me at a very minimal extra price (price stayed below 2 euro each, but of course shipping from halfway around the globe was a bit more expensive). I was particularly impressed by how helpful they were in spite of the profit from a sale like this probably being far less than the time spend on handling it. :-)

Endless e-mail spam since buying from them. No unsubscribe link. They sold my address and now I get cabling spam from all over Shenzhen.

The fiber store has the best prices on cables with good support. I ordered serval custom cables which caused a small delivery delay. My tech support person, Anne is knowledgeable and available with a 12 hours. If you are not in a big hurry, you will save big using this company

Sorry for the delivery delay with custom cables. FS.COM will stock most products locally in the United States and other countries over the next few years to solve the shipping problems.
