Very bad product, it’s pretty expensive but it doesn’t to the job. $16 one click from Amazon is 1000 times better than this product

While I had received part of my order for transceivers, I had to wait a very long time for the cable to arrive. A cable that will not be used now as I went to one of your competitors and got two days later, and installed already.

Took more than two weeks to deliver something that was supposedly in stock (UK), instead they had to be shipped from outside UK to the branch here first.

We have two 10/40 Gbit switches in the data center in a redundant storage configuration and one of the switches had a dead power supply. No problem we thought, it still has warranty. Warranty request made - yes and then went laborious story with FScom. Question from FScom, Did you pull out the power supply and plug it back in? Yes of course we did, we operate this switch in the data center and not at home under the table. Answer FScom, please make a video showing how to unplug the power supply and plug it back in. This is the first time I've asked what the heck is going on. So off to the data center make video, compress, send and wait. But wait, it gets even better. FScom wants, under the pretext that the switch is not broken, that we pull the power supply from the second switch and replace it with the faulty one and you can guess it, this also has to be filmed. Besides, Gbic is also broken and the same should be done with it. So off to the data center again and film everything as desired with the same result. We feel like scoolboys. Compress films again and send it to FScom. Now we finally get a replacement. But it took over a month and what if something else had failed? Who would pay for the additional work with trips to the Datacenter, filming and compressing the movie? FScom makes good products, but the service is so lousy that we will certainly not buy FScom products again. There are other suppliers who also have the service under control.

Great products and good prices. Just a shame the items are so rarely in stock. I have placed several orders with them and at least half of the time there have been delays. The latest order for a POE+ router showed as in stock. Order placed 9th March. Latest from FS is delivery in June. An email from customer services quote "You can see the picture below, while it shows "Available", it means the item doesn't have stock in the warehouses now."? What?? Save yourself time and trouble. Buy elsewhere. I will be from now on.

Ordered goods on 14th May received 21st May. I expected 2-4 days max. Zero communication as to the delay and when I spoke to CS, they really did not care much that we had engineers waiting for the goods. install delayed. They ship from Germany on economy express 2-4 day guidance. That service is by road so do plan accordingly

FS.com promises next day delivery in Germany. Paid with Klarna/Sofort.com for instant shipment. Haven't received anything within six days. FS.com says they are waiting for the funds to be credited. This is borderline fraudulent behavior from FS.com, every other shop will ship instantly with the same payment method. First order will probably be my last one, too.

Endless e-mail spam since buying from them. No unsubscribe link. They sold my address and now I get cabling spam from all over Shenzhen.
