I ordered a few network patch cables. Only part of the item was delivered. There is no information about the rest of the items. When will it be delivered?

The product was good value. Unfortunately the experience was let down by the choice of courier. FedEx was supposed to deliver to the door and accept a signature but instead left the package in an external dropbox without collecting a signature which delayed receipt.

Received the very expensive PIAA 97045 Si-Tech wipers for my '86 Mercury Grand Marquis. Went to install them and had extreme difficulty with both. After the adapters both BROKE, it became obvious that these in no way would fit the pin style wiper arm on this vehicle. Packages both showed signs of being open at some point, so I suspect, but cannot prove, that these adapters were swapped by someone prior to my receiving them. Didn't bother to try and return them with a 20% restocking fee and the fact that they both broke upon installation. Wanted to leave a review on their website, but there's no way to! I suspect you need a link sent by them in order to do so. That's frustrating. Just for reference, I'm 52 years old and have been installing wipers since the first pair in my grandfather's shop 42 years ago, then decades later opened my own shop that I ran for 14 years, so this is NOT installation error. The adapters were in no way going to fit in hindsight. What a friggin waste of $70!!

While delivery are arranged by FS.COM, but I am being asked to deal with FedEx myself to get thing sorted out.

Warte 3 Monate lang auf meine Bestellung. Support 5 Mal kontaktiert, jedes Mal wurde versprochen, „es wird sich jemand darum kümmern“, „wir werden es der richtigen Abteilung weiterleiten“, „jemand wird sie kontaktieren“. Jetzt möchte ich nur noch meine Bestellungen stornieren, aber das geht natürlich auch nicht, da keiner am Telefon oder E-Mail die dazu notwendigen Rechte besitzt… Ware die ganze Zeit über auf Lager, k.P. warum (mehrere Bestellungen nie versendet wurden, obwohl Geld bereits abgebucht worden ist…) EDIT: Wurde nach mehreren Monaten endlich behoben. Kann jetzt endlich normal bestellen. Erst bei einem Paypal Chargeback wurde reagiert. Die Ware selbst ist allerdings einwandfrei.

Der Laden scheint es mit der Lieferzeit nicht sehr genau zu nehmen. Ich habe am 29.09.23 auf Amazon zwei Faber-Castell Stifte bestellt. Es war schon ungewöhnlich, dass die Lieferzeit 5 Tage betragen sollte. Heutzutage ist das schon lange. Diese Stifte BRAUCHE ich eigentlich dringend und ich hätte sie viel lieber beim örtlichen Händler gekauft, leider hatte er solche dünn schreibenden Stifte nicht. Die Firma gibt keinerlei Auskunft über die Lieferung, es steht nur “verspätet“. Das sehe ich selbst. Wo ist das Problem diese zwei Stifte in einen gepolsterten Briefumschlag zu stecken und mit einer Briefmarke abzuschicken? Edit 20.01.24 Die Bewertung habe ich abgemildert und von 1 auf 3 Sterne geändert, weil der Händler um seinen Service bemüht ist und auch geantwortet hat.

Abysmal customer service, my parcel was stolen and was told by the courier that FS did not require a signature so it was left on my doorstep (a massive box for all to see..) On top of that the support I received both before and after my order was subpar, rep couldn’t answer question I had and response times were long. Save your money and shop elsewhere. UPDATE: FS have been in touch and it appears a solution will be reached.

Pas vraiment satisfait. Livraison en retard, très en retard même, je n'ai pas pu faire mon intervention sur site. Il n'y a pas eu de geste commercial de la part de FS après de nombreux échanges, alors qu'ils auraient pu rembourser les frais de livraison... La date de livraison affichée sur le site lors de la commande n'était pas la bonne alors qu'elle aurait dû l'être avec DHL Economy. Les produits sont de bonne qualité, mais je suis tellement déçu que rien n'ait été fait pour une commande que je ne suis pas sûr de continuer à travailler avec FS par la suite. Axel HAUGUEL
