I don't get all the negative reviews. As soon as my order was placed I got a dedicated account manager email me about the status and when the order was shipped (next day) I was notified again. I got the package extremely fast (in 2 days - which is faster than most of the packages within my country) and the package was packed with care and in a sturdy box. What's not to like? :)

As for now - it's my favorite shop for network-related things, even for small orders I got free delivery, same/next day shipping, follow-up email when I need to wait for 1-2 days more for some $5 tool that will be shipped in a separate package. This world would be much better if every company work in a such precise and professional way.
