They put us on hold, did some quick research, and jumped back a few minutes later with part numbers and customizations in hand. We ordered and had all of the optics and cables the next day. They worked perfectly and we learned about some new connectivity options. We will always buy from FS for all our optics and cabling needs.

It is really easy to order customised cables that cannot be ordered through the website. Simply contact your account manager, specify the exact cable configuration you want, they verify with you everything is understood, and presto, you are buying a special cable. Don't let the absense of a certain configuration on the website deter you! I'm very satisfied with the products and the buying experience! This isn't the first time I've ordered at FS.com; the previous experiences were all also very positive. High quality, excellent price, very helpful and friendly customer service, willing to satisfy my curiosity about technical details.

Look, I am an IT professional, I purchase a security camera system 5 total cameras, and an NVR. I ended up losing the Job and losing money! 2 of the cameras did NOT have reset to default capabilities. If a password was set and lost, the device was locked and bricked.. they wouldn't even refund any of the equipment after I lost job and countless hours of labor. The only time I could get their support people on the line was in the middle of the night because they are in china. Yes, this company makes lower front-end pricing but you pay for it in the long run. I have a switch that I use in my office, my sales rep, with fs.com sent me the new firmware version via skype, and it bricked my switch, and it's been over 24 hours with no solution; thank God I have a spare unifi switch, or we would have no phone system no network, all nightmare.
