I'm a return customer and once again, they went above and beyond what I would have expecting. This time, there was a problem with FedEx 'loosing' two of the six boxes of my order. I worked with my customer representative and they shipped new boxes without waiting for the claim to be resolved by FedEx. What is also very commendable is their continuous open communication. I was kept updated on the whole process on a daily basis.
