The products are incredible. The customer service is top notch as well. My order automatically renewed, but I still have products and don’t need a new order yet. They quickly stopped the order and refunded my money without issue. A breath of fresh air compared to most other companies.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from Frøya Organics during their Labor Day promotion, which clearly advertised “Up to 46% OFF + 3 FREE GIFTS”. I purchased both hair care and a face care product specifically because of this offer. No gifts were included, and when I contacted customer service, they admitted they would not send them. Their response was dismissive, even after I showed screenshots of their own ads. They refused both gifts and a refund. This is fraudulent advertising and extremely poor customer service. I have filed a case with the FTC and BBB and reported this as false advertising to the relevant authorities. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency — this company has shown neither.

Froya Organics not only puts out great products but their customer service goes far beyond the norm! I was able to resolve an issue very quickly because they responded immediately to my problem which is not the typical way things are usually handled. They answered my email, explained how to change my order and verified that it was correct all in about an hour's timeframe. I am so thankful!
