Disgusting customer service. Nearly 2 weeks in and im still waiting for my order. I messaged the company multiple times and have had no replies with regards to where my order is. I have had to escalate it and open a PAYPAL dispute. I would NEVER order from these people again IF they are actually a legit company at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I like the products but I was mysteriously set up with a repeat « subscription » which is hard to get out of. This has happened twice now as I bought from them twice, both orders were subscribed. I did not ask for a subscription and as a 77 year old pensioner on a British pension I cannot afford over a hundred euros a month!

Product did not work for me but there were no guarantees. The lack of notice for subscription repeats is a big flaw so received item I did not want. Had to go through customer service to get refund for the item and cancel subscription. However, Jason in customer service was extremely helpful. He responded quickly and clearly, arranged a return label and expedited a full refund. If you keep an eye on the process it’s straightforward.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star, placed my order, heard nothing for over a week just assumed a longer delivery. But no that wasn’t the case they cancelled my order without informing me, you try to reach someone but it’s all AI chat bots, it’s been another 5 days now and no one’s got back to me and they’ve took my money with no refund in sight and no one reaching out to me? Not sure if the reviews on here are paid for as the experience I have had is disgusting.
