I was considering buying a bundle of products today, and I added them to my basket, (still unsure wether to commit), and was possibly going to buy with PayPal, thinking I might be able to use their "pay in three" service, but within the shop app, I hit the button to pay, expecting to get the payment options, when the app actually just charged me at that point. Still unsure I emailed customer support, and liaised with Jason, who understood my issue, and dealt with resolving it in a timely manner, so I had the purchase refunded as I'm still on the fence. Jason replied to my emails swiftly, and courteously, and was very helpful all the way. I can't rate their products [yet] but my dealings with them was 5 star today

Love the simplicity of these products!I typically would use 5 products in my morning routine and 4 in my evening routine which made wanting to care for my skin somewhat arduous! Love that they come in a box that they can be easily stored in and doesn’t take up a lot of space! Beginning to really enjoy the fragrance of them! I’m a week and a half in use and I really like the look of my skin!

Good product but sneaky customer service. If you want to cancel subscription, you are tied to another full price order which isn’t made clear when you purchase. Also wants to ship monthly - the product would at least last two or 3 months with daily use so feel like they are pushing orders! Won’t buy again for that reason.

I love Froya skin products, and was keen to try the magic revive Hair and Scalp shampoo. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit and when it arrived there was substantial leakage. I got in touch with Froya customer service and after sending some pics, they not only promptly sent a product replacement but also a tracking number, a kind note, and even a follow-up, a few days later. I had overlooked that my autoship was due, and had processed before I could delay it. I decided to take a chance that maybe it could be stopped before shipping, and thankfully due to the quick response and attention, it was stopped before it could ship.
