Shout-out to your agents that can step outside the normal way of things, when the normal way of things is disrupted (US nonsense and Canada postal strike) and provide decent solutions.

Roo! This is such a cool shout-out. Shipping disruptions can be really frustrating, and we're proud of our team for thinking outside the box to find solutions when things get tricky. Thanks for recognizing that, it means a lot to the whole team! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I needed my order refunded but since i only saw an email i was skeptical of how quickly the response would be and if they'd actually help at all. But they answered almost right away! And my order was refunded with 0 pushback. THe product is great BTW!
Response from Froya OrganicsMar 26, 2026
Hey Jayserie! Totally get that skepticism, a lot of companies make it hard to get a refund. But that's not us. Zero pushback is always the goal because we want you to feel good about every interaction with us, not just the product. And glad you're loving it too! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I was going to wait a month before…
I was going to wait a month before reviewing but more than happy to share my current experience early. I read countless reviews and dove deep into your website prior to purchasing. I was looking for an easy, clean routine to help with my 40+ skin. I’ve used prescription retinol for many years but could never seem to get past the “uglies”. I was down to 2x a week prior to my purchase but still experienced some dryness. My initial worry was that the product would be thick, waxy or oily and potentially make me breakout. I can’t believe I’m saying this but with a high level of confidence , I have not used my tretinoin since I started and I am in completely love with your day and night balm! My skin complexion is more even, clear and more importantly not dry! The routine is SIMPLE and I find that slightly spritzing my face prior to application works beautifully for absorption. I’m trying to gauge how long the products will last , I’d say two weeks in that I’m approximately 3/4 full still.

Hey Natasha! Okay, this review is everything. The fact that you did all that research, took the leap, and are now seeing those results with more even, clear skin after stepping away from tretinoin? That's incredible. And we love the spritz tip, it really does make such a difference for absorption! Thank you for sharing your journey in so much detail. It's going to help so many other people who are in the same boat. We're so happy you found us. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
