I accidentally set up my subscription to come too soon and missed the email alert. I contacted them the day I got the notice of payment and they we so quick to make sure that got cancelled and I wasn’t charged. So far I like the products too but it’s only been about 3 weeks so time will tell.

I love everything about Froya's products, from its ethos championing natural and organic ingredients, to its fantastic range of products, to the beautiful packaging, to the support team behind each order made and advice sought when a query was made about stock, or new product line. I am especially appreciative of their support team, since I had to cancel an order and their response was immediate and given with care and an authentic sense of consideration of my circumstances. I think they are doing incredible work for our health and well-being, sourcing and sharing, providing beautiful alternative products to put on our skin, benefiting us on all levels.... and I love love love their poetic call to nature. I forgot I started a subscription and was notified that the order was going to be shipped soon. The customer service team was super friendly and helpful. The service representative was available immediately and was able to cancel the shipment with only 3 back and forth emails. Never have received such immediate helpful response and no judgement. What a Great Company

I wish there was two different ways of reviewing, items and experience. The balms are stunning! I haven't seen change but the feel is so hydrating. I do find a lot of their sale tactics misleading, getting promises of gifts but then when you try find out where they are you're given reasons as why you won't get them, that weren't there when you ordered, as the gifts were the things that got you interested. And not just in 1 case, but two. Seems a strange thing to get hung up on, but I hate when things feel sneaky...

I'm 60 and was very sceptical. The first couple of weeks l got a few pimples but gosh these products certainly made a difference. I can't see but other people have commented on how good my skin looks. I can certainly feel it though, my skin is so soft. I've been using it now for 3 weeks. My confidence has risen heaps. I work in a very hot and hostile environment. I've never really done the whole skin routine thing but since getting this product, l actually look forward to it because it feels so good when I'm done. I did notice that it is made in Australia 🇦🇺 which makes me happy as well. I like supporting Australian made. Thanks Froya from a happy customer

I noticed a difference in my skin immediately. A nice healthy glow, even skin tone, and even reduced pores. People have complimented me saying I glow. I feel refreshed!

The product wasn’t a good fit for me, but their customer service was incredible. They responded within minutes of my refund request and subscription cancellation. It was, hands down, the easiest online purchase I have ever made and the refund process couldn’t be easier. All companies should follow their lead.
