I really enjoy how smooth and soft my skin is in morning. But in no way is the mature women's set a 60 day supply. Maybe 8 weeks? It's false advertising. Maybe make the jars a bit bigger? It's extremely expensive for not lasting 60 days. Genucel Chamonix is 150 dollars for me every 3 months with my subscription. 116 bucks every 4 to 8 weeks is alot. I'd like the jars to be a bit bigger. More product. I struggle with what kind a face wash i should use when I wear makeup without stripping my froya products. Maybe create a face wash. Love the products though

Customs charge refund
Have ordered before an not received customs charge but for some reasons this time the Border Agency attached a charge which for what I could see didn't relate to any of their stated tariffs. Excellent service from Froya who immmediatly on contacting them refunded the excess charge. No quibbling. No hassle. Wish all customer services were as efficient. Well done Froya.

Yeah, you need it.
Might be pricey but if your skin is thirsty this is the drink it wants and needs!! The scent is subtle, natural and pleasant and while it might feel “greasy” putting it on to some, it absorbs fast and well leaving your skin soft and vibrant.

I placed two orders by mistake and…
I placed two orders by mistake and realized as soon as I hit the place order button. I contacted Froya Organics customer service immediately by email to which they contact me back in a very timely manner. They also place a refund right away. I am very happy with this customer service and it made me feel very comfortable to work with them. I would advise anybody if they have a problem to contact customer service and I am looking forward to start using their product. Thank you

Amazing
Wow, I have not yet tried the products, I am totally blown away by their customer service. In today’s day and age where customer service/customer experience is a usually negative Froya organics has exceeded beyond expectation. If their product is as great as their customer service, I am looking forward to fantastic skin. Mary F

great cust service and products
I've purchased 2 times now, the products are great and work really well. on my second order a wrong item was accidentally sent and when I reached out they fixed it right away. Great customer service and fast reply along with great products
