Hi Samantha, I’m sorry to hear how frustrating this experience was for you, both with the product and with the subscription. That’s certainly not how we want anyone to feel after ordering from us. To clarify how our subscriptions work: they are always optional and fully controlled by the customer. Customers actively choose the subscription option to receive a discounted price, and it can be canceled at any time through the customer portal or directly from the renewal notification emails sent before each charge. We never enroll customers into subscriptions, we can't. That said, if the process wasn’t clear or felt difficult to navigate in your case, we understand how that could feel misleading, and we apologize for not supporting you more clearly at the time.
