Hei, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the products didn’t meet your expectations and that you felt disappointed. Our balms are formulated without water and made with highly concentrated botanical ingredients. Because we use unrefined plant oils and extracts, the products naturally have yellow, golden, or amber tones. When too much product is applied, this natural color can become more visible on the skin. For best results, only a very small amount is needed. When warmed well between the fingers and applied sparingly, the balm should sink into the skin within 20–30 minutes and should not leave the face looking yellow or orange. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t give the result you were hoping for, especially after having high expectations.
