The Froya Organics products and service are exceptional
The Froya Organics products are absolutely amazing, and their customer service is outstanding! I sent a question to them via email, and received a response to the email AND a resolution for my question immediately. Kind, efficient and focused on customer satisfaction - 10/10 recommend!

I accidently ordered two separate subscriptions. Customer Service was great and corrected it for me immediately. At the same time this was happening I have been trying to cancel a different subscription with another company and I have been unsuccessful, the other company is no help whatsoever. Huge contrast with Froya who has helped me immediately. Thank you!!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 13, 2026
Hey Janet! Mistakes happen and we're just glad we could jump in and get that double subscription sorted out right away. That's how it should be, no runaround, just a quick fix. It really means a lot that you noticed the difference. We're always here if anything else comes up! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
