I accidentally placed an order recently. I truly want to purchase the product and fully intend to do so, but since it’s quite pricey, I need some time to save up first. After placing the order, I emailed the Froyer Team to request a cancellation. Their automated response mentioned that I would hear back during working hours, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation of the cancellation over the weekend. I really appreciated the prompt response and excellent customer service. Thanks again.

The products are amazing - I am using the Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm journeys and the night Balm. It only takes a little and goes a long way. I reached out to customer support to cancel / pause my recurring order, since I still had so much product left. I received an email back immediately, pausing my order until I re-active it. The customer service is outstanding and very responsive!! Will definitely purchase from them again!

The worst experience I've ever had in canceling subscription and returning unused product I wished I never heard of this company I now have two unused boxes of this crap. I can't give it away

Shipping is fairly quick, and I started seeing results the very next day! After pregnancy my hormones had my face looking horrible and made me super insecure, even with taking vitamins again I was struggling. I’m so happy I no longer feel that way and took the leap to order these products! The dryness from dermatitis was gone after week 1 and now 2 weeks in it’s cleared up so much, not to mention the texture of my skin is amazing now! Still have a ways to go but the results so far are a blessing, I’m so thankful for these products!
Response from Froya OrganicsFeb 18, 2026
Erin, wow!! This honestly makes me so happy to read. The fact that you're seeing real results with the dryness and dermatitis clearing up, and that your skin texture has improved so much already, that's incredible. I'm so glad you took the leap and it's paying off for you. Excited to see how things keep going for you over the coming weeks! You've got this 🔥 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
